PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproduction equipment switching device which can switch a plurality of pieces of reproduction equipment by simple operation while reducing the number of fader sections, and provide a reproduction equipment switching method and a program for swiching the reproduction equipment. SOLUTION: The reproduction equipment switching device has; a fader 16 which adjusts and outputs an inputted voice signal; a switching section 10 which selectively switches which voice signal is to be set as an object of adjustment by the fader 16 out of voice signals outputted from a plurality of pieces of reproduction equipment; a level detection section 12 which detects an adjustment level by the fader 16; a switching control section 11 which directs the switching of reproduction equipment to the switching section 10 when it is detected that the fader section 16 is in a minimum level by the level detection section 12; and a switching setting section 13 which sets a switching condition of the switching section 10.
