PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making membrane evaluation tester exercising unprecedented action effects. SOLUTION: The membrane evaluation tester measures properties of membrane formed on the surface of test subject 1, such as metal material and synthetic resin material. The tester has an injection section 2 injecting the injection material abrasive coating is mixed with liquid with compressed air to the test subject 1, a measuring section 3 measuring the surface of test subject 1 the injection material is injected in the injection section 2. Moreover, the tester has an automatic changeover system C for switching automatically between a injectable state placing the aforementioned test subject 1 to the position the injection material is injected by the injection section 2 and a measurable state placing the test subject 1 to the position measured by the measuring section 3.
