PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor facility provided with electric service equipment such as a telephone box or a cash dispenser, capable of regularly making the internal space thereof in a comfortable state, operating the electric service equipment, and being set singly in a place having no commercial power source. SOLUTION: This outdoor facility 1 comprises a photovoltaic power generation device 3 with a solar battery panel 2 provided on the outer surface thereof to operate the electric service equipment (cash dispenser, etc.) 4 by electric energy generated by the device 3; a cold and hot heat generator 6 having a refrigerant circuit operated by electric energy generated by the device 3; and a device 7 for using cold heat and hot heat generated by the generator 6.
