<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposure head which has organic EL elements and has a greatly small area. <P>SOLUTION: The exposure head with a plurality of the organic EL elements is equipped with a plurality of driving elements which are arranged in a staggering manner on a substrate and make the plurality of organic EL elements emit light, an insulating layer set to cover the driving elements, and a plurality of openings formed among the plurality of driving elements in the insulating layer. The organic EL elements are set at the plurality of openings in the exposure head. The exposure head is further equipped with a plurality of scanning lines and a plurality of capacity lines which are set in the periphery of the driving elements and are connected to the driving elements. The insulating layer is set to further cover the plurality of scanning lines and the plurality of capacity lines.
