PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slab form unit and a supporting frame unit capable of shortening installation time and facilitating demolding form unit and the supporting frame unit applied for forming each of concrete slabs of a plurality of floors in a three dimensional structure such as a multistory parking space, a residence, a warehouse and an office or the like. SOLUTION: The slab form unit 2 is equipped with the supporting frame unit 4 having a supporting frame 8, a pair of strut units 12 and 16 respectively arranging a pair of struts 10 and 14 respectively arranged to lower surface sides of both end sections in the horizontal and vertical directions of the supporting frame 8, length adjusting means 11 and 15 respectively arranged to the lower end sections of the struts 10 and 14 and braces 20 and 22 for respectively interconnecting the struts 10 and 14 with the supporting frame 8; and the form flat plate 6 mounted to the upper surface side of the supporting frame 8. The strut units 12 and 16 are rotatable between a folding position and a supporting position. Each of the braces 20 and 22 can be rotated between the folding position supporting each of one end sections in a rotatable manner by the struts 10 and 14 opposed to each other and extending parallel with the struts 10 and 14 and an operating position interconnecting each of the other end sections to the lower surface sides of both side sections of the supporting frame 8 in a respectively releasable manner.
