<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load even a high voltage battery especially large in capacity on a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The high voltage battery 5 is set on a rear floor panel 3 of a fuel cell vehicle rear part, and a cooling fan unit 15 to cool the high voltage battery 5 is connected to the high voltage battery 5 by an exhaust duct A13 and arranged on a rear side member on the same horizontal surface and in the neighborhood of the vehicle rear side.
