PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a music reproducing device capable of recording a musical performance by a user and suitably reproducing the recorded musical performance. SOLUTION: Included are a sound recording portion 60 recording the musical performance by the user, an input amplification factor varying means 68 of varying the input amplification factor Vd of the sound recording portion 60 when the musical performance is recorded, and an output amplification factor varying means 70 of varying the output amplification factor Ve of the sound recording portion 60 when the musical performance is reproduced, so the recorded musical performance can be listened to with the same sound volume with the sound recording without performing complicated manual sound volume control.
