PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sucking apparatus in which a sucking cap coming into contact with a nozzle face can be easily replaced, a droplet delivering apparatus equipped with this and a micro-array manufacturing apparatus. SOLUTION: The sucking apparatus sucks a delivering opening 112 of a droplet delivering head 100 delivering droplets from outside. The sucking apparatus 10 is equipped with a cap 210 covering a face 114 on which the delivering opening 112 of the droplet delivering head 100 provided with a sucking hole 218 for sucking from outside is formed with a recessed part 216, a cap unit constituted of a magnetic body 212 installed on the cap 210, and a sucking means 400 having a connecting member 412 equipped with a magnet 414 acting to the magnetic body 212 in the vicinity of a connecting part with the sucking hole 218, and sucking the inside of the cap 210 through the connecting member 412.
