PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an expensive machine is required for forming a paper tube, and the cost is increased and the requests in the market cannot be satisfied. SOLUTION: A slit, an insertion piece, an overlap space and a stopper are formed on a paper tube mount, the insertion piece overlaps the outside of the overlap space, and is inserted into the slit to automatically form a paper tube of a predetermined diameter. The paper tube is formed by rounding the paper tube mount, and sticking and fixing the insertion piece inserted into the slit to the overlap space with a double-sided adhesive tape, an adhesive tape, or an adhesive.
