PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new composition useful as cosmetics and analgesics. SOLUTION: The composition is a liquid containing fine particles of a calcium salt. The voltage generated by immersing an aluminum electrode and a copper electrode each having a size of 4 cm square in the liquid at 20°C interposing a gap of 2 cm between the electrodes is≥1.4 V.
