PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve sorting delivery device for sorting sleeves in sizes and delivering them sorted in sizes to predetermined delivery positions even when receiving the mixed sleeves having different sizes, and to provide a sleeve transporting method for transporting the sleeves with the unmanned operation of an automatic crane using the sleeve sorting delivery device. SOLUTION: The sleeve sorting delivery device comprises a sleeve receiving part for receiving the various shapes of sleeves, a sleeve sorting part for sorting the received sleeves into ones of a plurality of types in sizes, and a sleeve delivery part for delivering the sleeves sorted into ones of the plurality of types in sizes to certain delivery positions provided on a type-to-type basis.
