<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light weight in-mold container having a superior heat-insulating characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided an in-mold container obtained by injecting a thermoplastic resin into a mold disposed with either a blank plate or a label to integrate the blank plate, label and a resin molded part. The blank plate and label are formed of a foamed resin sheet with a melting point of more than 110°C. The in-mold container can be manufactured by establishing a relation of (Y-X)≤50°C between Y, a melting temperature of the thermoplastic resin and X, a melting point of the foamed resin sheet, and setting the melt index (MI) of the molten thermoplastic resin to be more than 7g/10 minutes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
