Before the side (20) of the white basement is concreted along the sheet piling (2) formed from boards (3), a wall forming non-permanent outer formwork is erected form several inter-connecting plates (12,12a). The space between the piling and the plates is filled using a filling material containing a binding agent, in order to form a bearing intermediate layer (18). Next the wall is concreted using inner formwork. When the white basin is finished, the boards are removed.
