<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cowl structure of an outboard motor capable of surely sealing and reducing weight of products. <P>SOLUTION: In the cowl structure of an outboard motor for covering an engine 10 with a top cowl 40 and a bottom cowl 20 and sealing in abutting surfaces of the top cowl 40 and the bottom cowl 20, an annular seal rail 60 formed with a seal surface part 60a is fitted to the bottom cowl 20.
