PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of manufacturing a display device capable of manufacturing the display element with a high pattern precision. SOLUTION: This is the manufacturing device 400 for manufacturing the display device having a display element which is arranged in matrix form on a main face side of a substrate. The device comprises a mask body M which is arranged between a treatment object substrate SUB and a vapor deposition source S with the vapor deposition source S for forming a thin film for constituting a display element and the main surface of the treatment object substrate SUB opposed to each other, and a mask frame F for supporting the mask body M.
