PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision overturning prevention device for vehicle, capable of preventing collision or overturning of a vehicle even if derailment occurs. SOLUTION: The device supports a vehicle body by a truck equipped with wheels, and prevents collision or overturning of a vehicle when the vehicle traveling on a rail deviates from the rail. A guiding member contacting with the rail only when the wheels deviate from the rail, preventing the vehicle from deviating in a vehicular width direction from the rail by a not less than a fixed distance, and accepting traveling of the vehicle while minimizing displacement in a height direction to the rail of the wheels is provided at a lower end of the truck. Therefore, even if the derailment occurs, further derailment of another sound vehicle, or collision and overturning of the derailed vehicle itself can be prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
