PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic beauty treatment appliance reducing fluctuation in ultrasonic vibration, and capable of highly efficiently generating the ultrasonic vibration. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic beauty treatment appliance is provided with a probe head 1 having a skin contact face 4 for coming into contact with the skin, an ultrasonic vibrating element 2 fixed to the opposite side face 1b to the skin contact face 4 of the probe head 1, and an ultrasonic vibration circuit 10 outputting electric signals for ultrasonically vibrating the ultrasonic vibrating element 2. This appliance is further provided with a metal elastic body 12 for transmitting the electric signals output from the ultrasonic vibration circuit 10 to the ultrasonic vibrating element 2 in elastic contact with the ultrasonic vibrating element 12.
