PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a restriction of a face-to-face contact to a cooling plate and a mounting foot of a case by eliminating a projection on a lid-side face part and side face of the case. SOLUTION: An electrolytic capacitor using an oval-cylindrical metallic external case and a lid seals a content by a curvature of an opening end of the case.
