The second connecting member (204) has a bore defining an internal thread (208) having a second sense, the bore being configured to receive a threaded end of a first elongated element (107). The connecting means (205) is configured to connect the first connecting member (203) to the second connecting member (204) and having a spigot (210, 211) defining an external thread (212, 213) which mates with the internal threads of the first and second connecting members (203, 204) to join the first and second connecting members (203, 204) to each other. |
