PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine individually packaging apparatus capable of providing a warning in order to urge refilling with a medicine at an appropriate timing, by setting a reference set value based on a highly objective index. SOLUTION: The medicine individually packaging apparatus 100 includes a registering means 1 for registering prescription data, a medicine supply means 2 to which medicine containers 21 storing medicines are attached and which supplies an amount of medicine corresponding to each prescription data, and an individually packaging means 3 for individually packaging the medicine supplied from the medicine supply means. The apparatus also includes a storage means 4 for storing the past records of respective medicine containers, and a control means 5 for driving the medicine supply means and the individually packaging means based on the prescription data registered in the registering means and storing the past record of each medicine container into the storage means. Based on the past records of respective medicine containers stored in the storage means, the control means calculates a reference set value for each tablet container used as a medicine inventory reference in order to provide a predetermined warning, and stores the calculated reference set value.
