<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing method high in sterilizing effect and low in variation in sterilization, and capable of sterilizing a container and the inside of a treatment vessel simultaneously. <P>SOLUTION: The sterilizing method of the container 1 comprises the steps of applying a predetermined liquid to the external face of the container 1 to be sterilized, introducing vapor made by evaporating the predetermined liquid into the interior of the container 1 to be sterilized, arranging the container 1 to which the liquid is applied and the vapor is introduced within the treatment vessel 220 covered at least partly with a counter electrode 30 and inserting a discharging electrode 35 into the container, and applying a high voltage pulse between the discharging electrode and the counter electrode. When the high voltage pulse is applied, atmospheric pressure plasma is caused in the interior and in the exterior of the container 1 within the treatment vessel. Thereby, the internal face and the external face of the container together with the internal face of the treatment vessel and the discharging electrode arranged inside the treatment can be sterilized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
