PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of providing a high-reliability component with lead terminals by preventing a defect caused by the intrusion of flux into the component with lead terminals by improving adhesion between a surface-treated metal wire and a body. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the component with lead terminals mounted to a mounting member by soldering it comprises: a preprocessing process for forming the surface-treated metal wire having a surface-treated layer by treating metal wires used for the lead terminals 3 and 4 by a triazinethiol-based finishing agent, and a molding process for forming the body 2 formed integrally with the surface-treated metal wire by disposing the surface-treated metal wire at a predetermined position of a metal mold and by injecting a heated and molten resin in the die.
