PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for integrating joints with each other of tubular bodies of stainless steel which is a material of a metallic tubular body without heating the joints at low temperature. SOLUTION: In the metallic tubular body, a film containing at least any one of nitride, carbide, oxide of titanium or aluminum and a complex compound thereof is deposited by a physical vapor deposition method on a surface of the metallic tubular body having the inside diameter of≤1.0 mm. As a result, in the metallic tubular body, the film can be deposited at low temperature on not only joints of stainless steel tubular bodies, but also the entire tubular body, the thermal deformation of the tubular body is small, and no distortion occurs therein.
