PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying tool capable of reducing the load applied to the arm and the shoulder at the time of carrying luggage by dispersing the weight of the luggage to the arm and the shoulder. SOLUTION: A housing part main body is provided with a handle and a shoulder belt, and at least either of the handle or the shoulder belt is extensible elastically in a longitudinal direction to form the carrying tool. Thus, the weight of the bag is dispersed, and it is not entirely applied to either of the shoulder or the arm. Thus, even when holding the luggage with the arm extended downward, the burden on the arm is reduced and the heavy luggage can be carried easily. Even when the luggage swings vertically during carried, the shoulder belt or the handle is extensible elastically in the longitudinal direction according to the swinging of the luggage, so that the weight of the luggage is always applied to the shoulder or the arm, and impact caused by swinging is not applied to the shoulder or the arm.
