PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counter-weight device of a construction machine capable of removing a counter-weight body only while leaving a support member in a revolving frame in the case of conveyance, etc. and securing a stable mounting state. SOLUTION: A pair of weight supporting beams 13 and 13 are projected backward to the rear end of the revolving frame 8, and the weight body 12 is mounted on bodies 14 and 14 of the weight supporting beams 13 and 13. Support mounting sections 15, etc. are provided to the weight supporting beams 13 and 13, and a support member 11 is mounted to the weight body 12 in an independently detachable state and in a state that no gross weight of the weight body acts thereon.
