<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material managing system and a material managing method capable of more efficiently managing materials in a material stock place of a construction field. <P>SOLUTION: In the material stock place 1 divided into a plurality of stock areas 2A, 2B, 2C, etc., materials can be efficiently managed by providing a first tag 15 to be fitted to each of materials, a second tag 16 to be removably fitted to each of lots L, a reading device 19 for reading data recorded in the first tag 15, a receiver device 13 provided near an inlet/outlet of each of stock places to receive a signal of the second tag 16, a plurality of transmitters 12 provided inside the material stock place 1 to specify position of the second tag 16, and a data base DB for managing information related to the material 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
