<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a finely ground rubber, which does not suffer from worsened working efficiency and provides easy workability. <P>SOLUTION: In the pre-grinding step, a rubber material as a raw material prepared by chipping waste rubber is processed into a finely crushed rubber. In the fine grinding step, the finely crushed rubber is first coarsely ground into a coarsely ground rubber while an antistick agent is added thereto, the coarsely ground rubber is then ground into a moderately ground rubber by moderate grinding, and the moderately ground rubber is finally finished into a finely ground rubber by means of a finish grinder. In the classification and recovery step, the finely ground rubber is classified into a product, at least part of which is recovered as a finely ground rubber product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
