<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyamide solid phase which can rapidly manufacture a biological material chip of superior stability, such as a DNA chip or a protein chip and a microarray using the polyamide solid phase as a substrate, into which a functional group for bonding a biological material, such as oligonucleotide or protein to the substrate, is introduced and to which the biological material is fixed. <P>SOLUTION: The polyamide solid phase, into which the functional group is introduced, is constituted by making an isocyanate compound having the functional group react with the amide group of the polyamide solid phase, to introduce the functional group into the polyamide solid phase. A film of polyamide solid phase is called a "polyamide film". A porous polyamide film is preferably a polyamide film. Porous polyamide film has a large surface area, because of its porous properties and is advantageous from the point of being able to increase the density of the functional group introduced by the isocyanate compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
