PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical apparatus which is efficiently individualized by easily and simply changing the exterior (the design) of the electrical apparatus without increasing power consumption. SOLUTION: The electrical apparatus is equipped with a liquid crystal panel 108 for an exterior display arranged on a casing surface, and a display controlling portion 416 to control the display state displayed on the liquid crystal panel 108 for the exterior display, wherein at least a portion of the liquid crystal panel 108 for the exterior display has a memory property of displaying according to the display state before stopping of the power supply after the stopping of the power supply to the liquid crystal panel 108 for the exterior display, and the display controlling portion 416 controls the display state displayed with the liquid crystal panel 108 for the exterior display during the power supply to the liquid crystal panel 108 for the exterior display.
