PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition for liquid toner giving a liquid toner superior preservation stability. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition for liquid toner contains a polyester resin, to which a (meth)acrylic resin having a nonpolar group has been added and a colorant, wherein the polyester resin is preferably obtained, by adding a monomer containing a (meth)acrylic monomer having a nonpolar group to a resin solution prepared by dissolving an unsaturated polyester resin in a solvent, and by polymerizing the monomer containing the (meth)acrylic monomer, having the nonpolar group in the presence of the unsaturated polyester resin.
