PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design sheet which can be seen through, and in which an image is easily seen from inside of a room even in daytime. SOLUTION: An image section 1 having concealment nature and a see-through section 2 are periodically or randomly mixed in a plane direction, and a haze value (Japanese Industrial Standards K 7136:2000) of the see-through section 2 is set for 25 to 80%. It is desirable that a near-infrared transmission factor of the see-through section 2 is 50% or less and a whole light transmission factor (Japanese Industrial Standards K 7361-1:1997) of the see-through section 2 is 50% or more.
