PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an ultrasonic probe on which electrode wiring with a plurality of piezoelectric vibrators arrayed in a narrow pitch is formed easily. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe used in an ultrasound diagnosis is characterized with the plurality of piezoelectric vibrators arranged in an array and a laminated circuit board on which the electrode wiring of the piezoelectric vibrators is formed. The invention is effective especially to the ultrasonic probe on which the piezoelectric vibrators are arranged in a two-dimensional array.
