PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air sending device capable of sending air into an abdominal cavity and the inside of a lumen and switching an air sending control method of the air into the lumen by automatically judging a tubular path through which air is sent into the lumen. SOLUTION: The air sending device has a supply source for supplying predetermined gas, a first tubular path for supplying the predetermined gas into the abdominal cavity, a second tubular path for supplying the predetermined gas into the lumen, an electropneumatic proportional valve 93 controlling the pressure of the gas supplied into the inside of the abdominal cavity from the supply source through the first tubular path, a first solenoid valve 94A, an electropneumatic proportional valve 93 controlling the pressure of the gas supplied into the lumen cavity from the supply source through the second tubular path, a second solenoid valve 94B, a judging section 102 capable of selecting an air sending mode using a forceps channel tube 45b and an air sending mode using an air sending channel tube 36d, and a control section 98 controlling the electropneumatic proportional valve 93 and the second solenoid valve 94B based on the air sending mode selected by the judging section 102.
