PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption-type plaster capable of effectively preventing arrhythmia development over a long period of time and/or treating arrhythmia through sustainedly percutaneously absorbing active ingredient pilzicainide as an antiarrhythmic. SOLUTION: The plaster contains pilzicainide as the active ingredient, being such that an adhesive layer is provided on a substrate surface, wherein the adhesive layer comprises the pilzicainide in a free form and an acrylic adhesive. As the acrylic adhesive to be used is e.g. a copolymer of (a) one or more (meth)acrylic monomers each having an intramolecular acetoacetyl group and one or more vinyl monomers each having no intramolecular acetoacetyl group.
