PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting any unwanted message (spam) in an electric communication network. SOLUTION: The contents of any suspicious spam message are analyzed, and whether or not the weighted characteristics of the message and the weighted total sum of characteristics exceed a threshold is determined. When the weighted total sum exceeds the threshold, the message is treated as a spam message, and analysis by a human being is applied for the purpose of improving the quality of characteristics to be used for weighted coefficients and analysis.
