<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door device of an airtight vessel capable of improving durability of a seal member arranged in an opening part of the airtight vessel. <P>SOLUTION: This invention has a door body 10 movable of a blocking-up position for pressing and blocking up an opening part of the airtight vessel and an opening position for opening the opening part, a guide frame body 2 capable of guiding the door body 10 to the blocking-up position and the opening position, and a seal member arranged in a contact part with the door body 10 in the opening part; and is characterized in that the guide frame body 2 has a first guide part capable of guiding the door body 10 without sliding between the part and the seal member when separating the door body 10 from the opening part, and a second guide part capable of guiding the door body 10 so as to move in substantially parallel to the opening part after the door body 10 separates from the opening part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
