PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt and a crotch belt facilitating a pulling operation.

SOLUTION: This belt is provided with a guide 33 fixed to one side (a retraction side) of a crotch belt body 30 and guiding the other side (an extraction side) of the crotch belt body 30 in the length direction of the crotch belt body 30, and a handle 36 provided in one side of the crotch belt body 30 and pulling the guide 33 for changing the position of a turn part 30A positioned midway in the length direction of the crotch belt body 30. The lengths of one side and the other side to the turn part 30A of the crotch belt body 30 are adjusted by the pulling-operation of the handle 36.
