PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for material transformation, degeneration and reconstitution of various objects to be treated by using KOAI bacteria of bio-composite bacteria obtained by compositively symbiotically growing bacterial groups each obtained by combining a plurality of kinds of various bacteria. SOLUTION: KOAI bacteria of bio-compounded bacteria having ability of decomposing objects to be treated in a short time, by controlling proper decomposition reaction conditions of the objects in the state of mixtures, except basic organic materials, of all organics, foods, paper and plastics such as polyethylene, nylon and polyester, are obtained by making the bacterial groups from several fiber-decomposing bacteria, oil-decomposing bacteria, protein-decomposing bacteria, wood-decomposing bacteria and paper-decomposing bacteria, which groups are each obtained by combining a plurality of kinds thereof and compositively symbiotically growing the plurality of bacterial groups.
