PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device and an electronic equipment in which high added-value is realized by installing a display screen on the front and the rear, and moreover, size reduction, thinning, and turning light-weighted are realized. SOLUTION: The display device and the electronic equipment are provided which have either one of a structure of a structure, wherein a substrate provided with a light-emitting element making lower-face emission and a substrate provided with the light emitting element making upper-face emission are pasted together, and a structure, wherein substrates provided with the light emitting element making lower-face emission are pasted together two sheets. Since the two substrates provided with the light-emitting element are pasted together, display screens are installed on both front and rear sides, thereby, high added-value is realized. Furthermore, out of the two substrates provided with the light-emitting element, one of the substrate serves as a sealing substrate for the other, thereby size reduction, thinning and turning light-weight are realized. Furthermore, since the pixel parts provided on the front and rear share a controller circuit and a power supply circuit, the size reduction, turning light-weight, and cost reduction are realized.
