<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a captured image of an endoscope directly to a computer of a management center from the endoscope devices of each examination field and transmit the endoscope information from each examination field directly to the computer of the management center to thereby easily manage the captured image of the endoscope. <P>SOLUTION: The endoscope devices 2a, 2b capture images of the respective examination fields 1a, 1b, describe the endoscope information in the subject and/or text of an electronic mail, and transmits a captured image by an electronic mail taking the captured image management computer 4 of the management center as a distribution destination.
