PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new magnetic rubber sheet capable of revealing effective magnetic effects even in the small amount of magnetic powder while being rich in toughness, a tone wheel using the same, the manufacturing method of the magnetic rubber sheet and the manufacturing method of the tone wheel.

SOLUTION: A magnetic rubber sheet comprises a sheet-like body S with the integration of a substrate 10a in which a rubber material r is impregnated and bonded in the micropores m1 of a microporous sheet m formed by twisting many wire rods, and a substrate 10b in which magnetic powder (f) is contained and fixed in the layer of the rubber (r) material in a rich state.
