PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house difficult in causing spreading fire against an omission of a box-shaped unit, by blocking up only the front and rear by a panel, by using an outer wall part and a floor part of a peripheral box-shaped unit in common as a wall and the ceiling of a dwelling part, in the dwelling part of a building central part. SOLUTION: In this multiple dwelling house, a plurality of dwelling parts 2 are integrally, vertically and horizontally arranged.
