PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic containing galenical extracts, capable of preventing decrease in functionality, such as an odor or a smell, which tends to cause a trouble in mixing the galenical extracts into the cosmetic, preventing efficacy from becoming inapparent, and further preventing deterioration in a sense of use, etc. SOLUTION: This cosmetic contains zirconium oxide which is made to adsorb the galenical extracts. The cosmetic produces a persistent effect even in a smaller amount of the galenical extracts than ever, by making the dried zirconium oxide adsorb the galenical extracts in a combination which is easily applicable to a condition of the skin to be applied.
