PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper which can be worn like normal pants and facilitates the adjustment of a fit feeling after wearing. SOLUTION: The disposable diaper is equipped with a trunk section 1 to fit to the waist of a wearer and a crotch section 2 to cover the crotch of the wearer. The trunk section 1 is equipped with a first trunk section 11 to cover the back trunk of the wearer and a second trunk section 12 to cover the front central trunk of the wearer. The first trunk section 11 is longer than the second trunk section 12 in a direction X of the girth. The first trunk section 11 is equipped with male face fasteners M on the inner surfaces of both end sections 15 in the direction X of the girth, respectively. The second trunk section 12 is equipped with female face fasteners F and a temporary connection face 3 composed of a nonwoven fabric on an outer surface. The temporary connection face 3 is provided at the approximate center of the front trunk of the wearer.
