PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for blocking any unwanted message (spam) in an electric communication network. SOLUTION: At first, a message is checked by a high speed process for determining whether or not a message is passed or the message is potentially a spam message by using a rule and a data table. When the message is potentially the spam message, the message contents are analyzed by a deep process. Advantageously, most of the messages can be passed or blocked quickly.
