PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake control device compact and good in assemblability and capable of improving opening accuracy of a throttle valve. SOLUTION: A transmission case 7 is composed of a first case half body 8 formed ad one body on one side of a throttle body 1 and a second case half body 9 joined to the first case half body 8. The first assembly body 45 is composed by arranging a final gear 15 fixed on one end part of a valve stem 3a inside of the first case half body 8, a second assembly body 46 is composed by attaching an electric motor 11 and an intermediate gear 14 of a reduction gear 12 transmitting rotation of an output shaft 11b of the electric motor 11 on the second case half body 9, and the intermediate gear 14 and the final gear 15 are meshed when the first case half body 8 and the second case half body 9 are joined.
