PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation structure of a fan capable of cooling the whole motor stored in a boss by flowing-in of a part of driven fluid into the boss when the fan rotates, prolonging service life of the fan, and reducing rattling of the fan by fluid guided into the boss. SOLUTION: This heat radiation structure of the fan is provided with at least an impeller unit, a motor unit, and a fan base. The impeller unit is joined with the fan base, and the motor unit is fitted into the fan base. At least one pillow part is provided on the fan base, and the pillow part forms a ventilation port and a flow passage on the opposite side to the boss provided in the impeller unit to guide a part of fluid driven by rotation of the fan into the boss, radiate heat of the whole motor stored in the boss, and prolong service life of the whole fan.
