<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel not suppressing deployment of an air bag. <P>SOLUTION: The instrument panel is provided with a projection part 4b of an air bag door mounted to a back surface at a through opening area of an instrument panel body; and a recessed part 3c for storing the projection part 4b slidably in a removal direction. At deployment of the air bag, breaking of a bending part of the air bag door can be prevented by sliding the projection part 4b by a predetermined displacement d and further, the air bag door can be certainly opened by a sufficient angle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
