The invention comprises compounds of formula wherein X is a hydrogen or fluorine atom and R1 and R2 are methyl or ethyl groups, and their preparation by reaction of the corresponding 16a ,17a -diol with the appropriate ketone. The compounds of the invention have antiinflammatory activity and may be used in tablets, ointments or gels.
