'P&B-AR7' LINE RESISTANT TO PEPPER ANTHRACNOSE DEVELOPED BY INTERSPECIFIC BACKCROSS BETWEEN CAPSICUM ANNUUM AND C. BACCATUM

摘要

PURPOSE: A Capsicum annuum anthracnose resistant P&B-AR7 line which is grown through interspecific backcrosses is provided to select and breed an individual having anthracnose resistance. CONSTITUTION: A method for growing Capsicum annuum anthracnose resistance P&B-AR7 line through interspecific backcrosses comprises: a step of growing backcross next generation with common inbred line using an individual selected by resistance calibration from interspecific backcross BC1F1 group; a step of repeating selection and breeding for systematization; and a step of selecting resistant individual and system by microinjection.
